Qari Anas Benzari — Qur’an Recitation & Tajwīd Program Lead

Qari Anas Benzari is a Hafiz of the Qur’an and an accomplished Qari, highly skilled in Tajwīd (the rules of proper recitation) and Tartīl (the measured, melodic manner of recitation). His exceptional talent has earned him several prestigious awards in Qur’an recitation, both in his native Morocco and at international competitions.

At ICCP, he serves as Qur’an Recitation & Tajwīd Program Lead, teaching in our Sunday School, mentoring teachers and their assistants, and guiding students to uphold the highest standards of Qur’anic learning and practice. He leads daily congregational prayers, Taraweeh prayers during Ramadan, and the monthly Qiyam program, inspiring the community through both worship and education.

Qari Anas’s presence continues to inspire students and congregants alike, nurturing a love for the Qur’an through both his recitation and dedication to Islamic education.
